LOCKERS
We provide lockers for your personal belongings. We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles.
SCHEDULING
Our scheduling procedures allow the correct time for each service. Your punctually is greatly appreciated so other clients won’t have to wait for their services. Please arrive 15 minutes early so you can change and enjoy a beverage in our relaxation area.
CANCELLATIONS
Please be courteous to our staff and other clients by giving us at least 24 hours notice. All spa packages require a $50.00 deposit to secure your appointment. If less than 24 hours cancellation is given, your deposit is not refunded.
PEDICURES
We suggest bringing a pair of sandals so you won’t smudge your newly painted toes.
CELLULAR PHONES
To ensure the comfort and peace of all our guests please turn off your cell phone while visiting our salon and spa.
CHILDREN
For the comfort of all our guests we ask that you do not bring children under age 12 into the spa.
